Part-Time Programs (4 to 6 weeks)

Certified Nursing Assistant (51.3902) *Four (4) Week Program (DHH approved)

Electrocardiograph (51.0902) *Four (4) Week Program (ASPT approved)

Phlebotomy (51.1009) * Six (6) Week Program (ASPT approved)

Admission Requirements

* Must complete and application and pay all registration fees.

*Submit original high school diploma or GED. (CNA students excluded)
*Submit current CPR card, if certified.
*Submit Original COVID Vaccination Record prior to enrollment.
*Complete a math and reading assessment test.
*Complete orientation
*Complete physical exam and submit immunization records to include: Flu Vaccine (seasonal).
*Must be able to pass a criminal background check. (CNA, Practical Nurse Students)

Full-Time Programs (26 to 36 weeks)

Patient Care Technician (51.3902) *Twenty-Six (26) Week Program (ASPT approved)

Administrative Health Care Assistant (51.0710) *Twenty-Six (26) Week Program (LA Board of Regents approved)
Dialysis Technician (51.1011) *Twenty-Six (26) Week Program (LA Board of Regents approved)
Medical Assistant (51.0801) *Thirty-Six (36) Week Program (ASPT approved)

*Complete orientation*Complete physical exam, 10 panel urine drug screen, and submit immunization records to include: Flu Vaccine (seasonal).
*Must be able to pass a criminal background check. (CNA, Practical Nurse Students)
*Practical Nurse: must be able to pass the TABE 11/12 admission test with a score of: Math-730, Read-710 and Lang-717, as required by the LSBPNE.

*We have also begun taking ACT scores taken within the past year: Math-18, Read-20 and Lang-17 ass required by the LSBPNE.
